Choosing the best growing conditions to sow
the seeds of success.

In order to be able to offer blueberries with the highest quality standards and ensure a production volume capable of meeting the needs of the market, JSC Berries thoroughly assessed a number of spaces that could accommodate its production and chose lands that offered excellent conditions.

Those lands were carefully prepared in order to optimize production, at both the qualitative and the quantitative level.

A production area capable of offering blueberries to the entire world.

JSC Berries' production area currently covers 17 hectares, fully used to grow blueberries.

The way the plants were distributed and planted across the area allows ensuring the necessary space to maximize their development and taking advantage of the terrain features.

Thousands of plants delight thousands of customers.

Currently, in its growing area, in the district of Guarda, JSC Berries has 100,000 plants with different ages and at different stages of their life cycle.

As the plantation grows and the plants progress in their life cycle, our high-quality production capacity increases and enables us to respond to the growing demand for this fruit.

10  Benefits
of blueberries

More than a delicious fruit, blueberries are a source of health and well-being.

One production model
with two growing methods.

In order to take advantage of all the richness of the soil and,
at the same time, ensure a versatile production mode, which allows
moving the plants if the weather or other factors so require,
we use two different production methods in our growing area -
pot cultivation and soil cultivation.
